Creator agreement

By applying as a creator on Karina XO, you agree to these additional terms. They favor platform protection, compliance, and clean payouts.

1. Eligibility & identity

You must be 18+, pass government ID verification (passport, driver license, or national ID), and maintain accurate tax / payout information. We may re-verify at any time. You consent to recordkeeping required for adult content compliance in applicable jurisdictions.

2. Revenue share

Subject to processor fees, chargebacks, refunds, and holds: creators receive 85% of eligible gross; platform retains 15%. We may change rates prospectively with notice. Referral earnings: 5% of referred creator eligible income for 12 months, capped at $50,000 per referred creator.

3. Content license & fan redistribution

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transcode, display, and promote your content on the service. You retain ownership. We may remove content that creates legal, payment-processor, or reputational risk — including without prior notice.

Members must accept a Content protection agreement that forbids leaking or reposting your media (Reddit, Telegram, tube sites, etc.) without your written consent. Acceptances are stored as evidence. The platform may assist with account bans, evidence packages, and DMCA-style notices; you remain the rights holder for copyright claims. You do not need to put enforcement threats in your bio — the platform states these rules sitewide.

4. Bookings & conduct

Calendar offerings are companionship / entertainment. You will not sell sexual services via the platform. You will not facilitate trafficking. Violations void payouts and may be reported.

5. Holds, audits & termination

We may place payout holds for suspected fraud, disputes, or investigations. Either party may terminate; surviving clauses include indemnity, IP, and limitation of liability. Upon termination we may retain limited copies for legal compliance.
