Terms of use

These Terms govern access to Karina XO (karinaxo.com). By creating an account or using the service you enter a binding agreement with the platform operator. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old. We may require government ID verification. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

2. License & ownership

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform. We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion for violations, risk, chargebacks, or legal exposure. Platform software, trademarks, and design remain our property.

3. Creator content — personal use only

Creators own their photos, videos, livestreams, messages, and customs. Your access is a personal, non-transferable viewing license on Karina XOonly. You may not download for redistribution, screen-record for upload, repost, leak, sell, or share media files on Reddit, Telegram, tube sites, forums, or any other service without the creator's prior express written consent. Sharing an official karinaxo.com link is allowed; attaching or mirroring the underlying media is not.

Every account must accept our Content protection agreement. We store acceptance evidence (account, IP, user-agent, timestamp, agreement version, full text) and may use it in enforcement, DMCA notices, payment disputes, and legal proceedings. Violations may result in ban without refund, civil claims (including copyright and right of publicity), and indemnity obligations to the platform and affected creators.

4. Payments — NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds.Purchases of content, subscriptions, VIP access, bookings, memberships, contact unlocks, and related digital goods/services are non-refundable once payment succeeds and access is granted or a booking is confirmed — worldwide, except only where a statute expressly forbids this rule and then only to the minimum extent required. You acknowledge digital goods are delivered immediately or as scheduled and that "buyer's remorse," unused access, or dissatisfaction after viewing is not grounds for a refund or chargeback.

At checkout you must accept our Digital purchase agreement. We log IP address, user-agent, timestamp, agreement version, item, amount, and payment session ID as evidence for Stripe / card-network disputes. Filing an improper chargeback after delivery is a breach of contract; we will submit the signed agreement package to the chargeback department and may pursue the charged amount plus fees, and permanently ban the account. Creators receive 85% of eligible transactions after processor fees unless otherwise stated in the Creator Agreement.

5. Bookings are not sexual services

Booked virtual or in-person time is for companionship, entertainment, conversation, or similar lawful activities only. Soliciting or offering prostitution or sexual services through the platform is forbidden and will result in ban and potential reporting.

6. User content & indemnity

You are solely responsible for content you upload and messages you send. You represent you own or control all rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its officers, affiliates, and creators from claims arising from your content, conduct, bookings, or unauthorized redistribution of another person's media.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit aggregate liability to the greater of fees you paid us in the prior three months or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for off-platform meetings, romance scams, or third-party acts.

8. Dispute resolution

Except where prohibited, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions are waived. Governing law and venue will be specified by counsel in the production agreement for your operating entity.
