Digital purchase agreement

I am 18+ (or age of majority where I live). NO REFUNDS: this purchase of digital content/services is final once paid and delivered/access is granted. I will not file an improper chargeback. Companionship/entertainment bookings are not sexual services. I agree to the Terms and Purchase Agreement.

What you agree to at checkout

1. You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
2. You are buying digital content access, subscription privileges, membership messaging, and/or scheduled companionship/entertainment bookings — not sexual services.
3. Delivery begins on payment (digital unlocks/subscriptions) or at the confirmed booking time (with meeting details by email/platform).
4. Purchases are final after delivery except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. You authorize the card charge knowing what you are buying.
5. An improper chargeback after delivery is a breach. We retain and may submit to Stripe / card networks: your account email, IP, user-agent, acceptance timestamp, agreement version, item title, amount, and Stripe session ID.
6. Harassment, underage content, trafficking, or solicitation of illegal sexual services voids access without refund.

This agreement supplements the Terms of use. Have counsel finalize entity, venue, and arbitration clauses for production.
